Growing up with scoliosis, I longed to feel balanced and I had a lot of insecurity about looking "crooked". Practicing Yoga has really helped me to begin correcting those imbalances, but more importantly its's taught me to accept and love myself despite them.
I feel the most myself when I dance and when I practice yoga. Through them, I elevate above all the nonsense and the drama, and I reach something true. I teach because I want everyone in the world to be able to feel that, to lose and find themselves all at once in a moment. It's divine.
