The Upper Eastside boasts some of New York’s best art museums including the Met, the Guggenheim, and the Whitney.  Amidst these glamorous neighbors, our boutique-like Eastside studio has been established in the community for many years, providing a warm, familial atmosphere. The studio’s intimate yoga rooms have high ceilings, natural light, and city views.

Students, staff and teachers are on a first name basis here, and we have a diverse clientele including moms, college students, young professionals and seniors.  Our Vinyasa, Prenatal, Postnatal and Gentle Yoga classes are very popular.  We also have specialty offerings like Ishta, Therapeutics and YogaWorks Slim.
