Studio Manager
YogaWorks is seeking studio managers for our Midtown and Downtown locations.
Ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual with management experience, strong leadership and people-skills, plus a passion for yoga!
Key responsibilities:
- Daliy operation of studio
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor and motivate staff to achieve goals and team-building
- Manage studio expenses in line with budget and profitability
- Grow studio's business and achieve monthly revenue goals
- Communicate and reinforce YogaWorks' culture and commitment to excellent customer service
- Drive community outreach and grassroots marketing events to promote YogaWorks' brand and reach new students
