Yoga Advisor - SoHo studio
YogaWorks is opening a flagship studio in SoHo. This studio will be the 5th YogaWorks location in NYC and is sure to become the hub for yoga when it opens in Spring 2009.
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with sales, enjoys working with people, extremely organized, has effective communication and people-skills, plus a passion for yoga!
Key Responsibilities
Assists all students (new and current) who have questions about classes, teachers, styles of yoga, etiquette and any additional questions
- Generates leads and solicits referrals to achieve monthly membership goals set by studio manager; then meets and exceeds those goals
- Conduct tours and rate presentations of studio
- Knowledgeable of current offers to provide phone and in-person consultations regarding membership and benefits of yoga
- Updates student data base
- Assists the front desk staff
Skills/ Qualifications
- Sales experience 1-3 years minimum
- Extremely organized with excellent communication and people skills
- Working knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office
- Embodies YogaWork's culture and values to be a good representative of our brand
