Semi-private and private circuit training that integrates strength, flexibility, and cardio utilizing TRX® Suspension Trainers, Gliding Discs, and one’s own body weight, among other tools. This intimate format will help you reach your strength and endurance potential, creating an efficient, lean body. Pre-registration required.  You do not need to be a member of YogaWorks to take TRX® classes, you can purchase a single class or series of classes.
