I’m a motivated, driven young woman who too easily puts others and other things first in life. Yoga brings the attention, the focus back to me. Yoga is my time to pause, feel and reflect.

Inspirations
All the men and women, young and old, physically or emotionally challenged who practice yoga to bring and maintain balance, strength and focus in their lives. Regardless of what happened or happens off the mat, it’s beautiful to witness the union of all beings on the mat.
