Why I Practice
I practice yoga as a life and love practice. It is the center of how I interact on and off the mat. A consciousness led approach guides my teaching, parenting and relating as it informs all movement and interaction. I feel blessed to have this practice as my foundation.
Why I Teach
I teach to bring the body and breath into full awareness and alleviate underused, misused, and overused movement patterns. My approach is to stabilize, strengthen and extend range of motion leading to a greater sense of personal freedom.
Inspirations
I am inspired, energetic, focused, attentive, joyful, humorous, spiritual, playful, honest, assertive, loving, nurturing, safe, instructive and generally a lot of fun to be around. Classes reflect my open minded attitude and personal experience and are accompanied by a great playlist.
