I practice yoga to slow down, to look within and to acknowledge who I truly am. My practice teaches me that I already have everything that I could ever need in life...I feel love, I feel whole and I feel complete happiness!
My goal is to teach my students to honor their own potential and explore their practice in a supportive setting. I encourage them to work hard, have fun, be happy and stay connected to the wisdom and love within their hearts.
I am inspired by my family, my friends, my breath, laughter.
