Summary
For Graduates of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, this 6-Month advanced training includes:
- Six-Month apprenticeship with a YogaWorks Mentor
- Weekend Workshops to refine your understanding of the theory and practice of yoga
- Pranayama, Meditation and Practice Teaching series
