This foundational 200–hour yoga teacher training program is ideal for serious students of yoga and aspiring teachers in Los Angeles. It is recognized by Yoga Alliance and comprises three areas of study: The Theory and Practice of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and The Art of Teaching.
Along with the hours listed above you will be required to take 18 yoga classes over the duration of your program.
