Our weekend immersion is a 12-hour intensive for practitioners who want to deepen and refine their asana practice and get a glimpse into the deeper layers of yoga.

• Learn the science of YogaWorks sequencing

• Improve your alignment and asana skills to get the most out of your practice

• Gain a new perspective on yoga through an introduction to the Yoga Sutras, the philosophical underpinning of yoga

Additionally, if you’re an aspiring yoga teacher, you can apply $125 of the payment for this immersion toward a 200-hour Teacher Training at YogaWorks!  The Training must be started within six months of taking the Immersion & does not apply to trainings hosted outside of YogaWorks studios.
