Why I Practice
It is a journey in itself. Athletic and dynamic, it is a high intensity strenuous workout, where I shed not only sweat and toxins but also other things that weigh me down in life. Emotions flow, mental obstacles rise and fall, as my heart of compassion opens. I step away feeling lighter, stronger, and clearer. I am on my yogic path.
Why I Teach
I want to change people’s lives: spiritually, mentally and physically.
