Sometimes you have a yoga class; doesn't do much different, sticks to the basics, but you just hear it. you get it. Could be because of your day and what you brought to class, could be the teacher just broke through to you. I am leaning toward the latter. Kim, that was a fantastic class. You are a gift.
Those ladies got confused with the breathing thing; they were like 'maybe we should just have coffee.'
