I’m 34 weeks and a little swollen and tired. This was a great practice with just enough challenge and relaxation.
Fantastic practice for someone at 39 weeks and 2 days! The restorative poses at the end were a calming way to end the practice.
I didn't think there was too much talking — I needed the reassurance that the limitations of my practice right now are TOTALLY normal. I've been able to practice throughout my pregnancy — and pretty rigorously — until this last week (36 weeks with twins, which is past the point that most twins deliver). She clearly knows her stuff and this was a great blend of challenge, stretch, and relaxation!
Challenging but doable for me at 40 weeks 2 days. I appreciate the short meditation at the end. Relaxation is really needed during this time of waiting and wondering.
