Love this workout! I can feel myself getting stronger, especially in the upper body.
There's no info on what this is but it was great. The actual moving doesn't happen until 2:25 if you want to skip her speech in the beginning. Then it is some prep working towards handstand, but she doesn't go into handstand in this video.
