I thought this class was great! Though Vytas does say it's a "Level 3" in the middle of the class, I actually think it's rightfully labeled Level 2 here. It's definitely a challenging level 2 (maybe a 2.5?), but great if you're looking to push harder in your legs. I feel well worked and open. Vytas had a fun sense of humour in this one and I had a great time.

This is an awesome class that focuses on strength building with some stretching sprinkled in. Vytas does an incredible job motivating us throughout. It is definitely a level-3 class, so there isn't a lot of focus on breathing or alignment. But if you're comfortable cueing yourself on those points, this class is totally worthwhile.

Wow! Double wow! This is one of my new favorites! I LOVE balance poses and this practice is full of them. Also great lower body strength work. Nothing more invigorating than full deep breathing while working on balance. It brings a whole new sense of calm. Vytas! I can't thank you enough! This is a superb class!
