I always love Sarah's flows, and this one is no exception. Very traditional and classic, with a lovely cadence throughout. Everything flowed well and felt great in my body. Will definitely be a go-to 60 minute class for me!

I agree with some other comments. It feels like a solid level 2, with appropriate directions and pace. I felt like I was in the class with her. She made comments on how to do the postures better, and I learned how to better position my yoga poses. The flow of the class was awesome! Just what I needed and am looking forward to taking more classes with Sarah.

I found this to be a really solid well paced flow class. It moves evenly yet it's quite challenging at times. Sarah's guidance is perfectly apt offering great instruction, time to breathe and reminders that kept me in the moment. Her experience and expertise are definitely at work here. Will do this again.
