The instructors tone of voice was very pleasant with no annoying or nervous energy or habits. I saved this video to my favorites! Very very nice Oh, And I really appreciated the Sanskrit mixed in, repeatedly.

Beautifully descriptive cuing! I should have read the comments first, as I wasn't expecting the inversions. Maybe indicate that in the class description?

The headstand sequence was very informative and definitely helped me through some issues I've been having with headstands! Other than the inversions, the class wasn't quite as challenging as I expected it to be but was great for a slow home practice on a rainy day. Also, Ashley's cuing is wonderful for deepening alignment and her voice is mellifluous and soothing.

This is a good sequence, yes, but like a lot of level 2 classes, I feel there's too much talking. It's distracting for me. Some teachers are better about giving alignment cues appropriate to the level/expectation than others, which is a shame because the classes are great. Too bad I don't know the sequences enough to do them on mute:/

Great class! The slow and detailed beginning with classic Yogaworks sequencing and cueing got me deep into my chest and hip flexors. The end of the class features a few cool inversions that I have never done before in 9 years of Yogaworks classes. Love the teachers' calm and knowledgable delivery. Level and name of teacher is missing from the class info.
