Focus on external rotations for your hamstrings, hips and butt in this energetic class that has you move sideways. Recommended props: 1 block
I enjoyed this class. I do need to keep on doing it, there were some parts that I could not hold as long as you were having us hold them. Thank you
I appreciated the balance between strength and hip/hamstring opening this class offers. Like others say, there's not much warm up so if you like easing into classes (like me!) start it off with some deep breathing and maybe some vinyasas. Could've done without the pony tail pulling commentary from Caley though 😂
Deep into the hips felt great opening. Quick and fun. Thank you.
you hold those poses long...fun creative class.
I have done in past and it is always good to come and revisit this great class! Thanks a lotl.
Fun, creative, and challenging quick sequence. Instructor had good energy and instructions. The many squats were hard on my injured knees and short achilles, so maybe skip if those are issues for you. All of the many left/right instructions were given for the models and not the viewer, so you'll have to either work opposite the models or translate the instructions mentally. Would come back to this class when my knees are in better shape.
Good for stretching and loosening up areas of my body early in the day.
Fun and challenging hip opening class. There isn’t much of a warm up, so I’d recommend starting with a few vinyasa to open up your hamstrings.
FINALLY FOUND A SEQUENCE THAT FEELS LIKE ITS JUST FOR ME! EXACTLY THE HIP OPENERS THAT ARE SO CHALLENGING FOR ME BUT HELP ME WITH MY TIGHT HIPS
This practice felt amazing after a day hunched over a computer. Hip openers were nicely balanced with shoulder openers. Much gratitude :)
This was great, because even though she was targeting the legs & hips, she didn't completely forget about the shoulders and twists. Unfortunately, the fun gorilla pose seemed a little hard on my knees, so I think I'll have to skip it next time, but even without it, this class was fun and felt really good!
I loved this class! It wasn't the same old typical poses and I really felt a burn in my legs. I love that Caley gave thorough instruction too. Would love to see more classes like this one.
I feel so good after this class and had so much fun! Thank you!
what a unique class! that last frog pose is really helpful for tight hip flexors. caley has such a welcoming, light style which makes her classes fun and meaningful!
I thoroughly loved this class! This creative practice is a great way to switch up the "normal" backwards and forwards, chatturanga heavy practices.
for men, this is a great workout if you do running and cycling as it is a focus on hip openers. loved it. was hard, however.
This was an unexpended practice, but I enjoyed it. I haven't done hip openers in a while so it felt really good to get in there and declutter my hip sockets.
Definitely felt the stretches in all the right places...glutes! Different from the usual flow. Instructor is playful, but serious about form. Very important to prevent injuries!
I teach but don't do enough of my own practice! I loved doing the practice "Sideways" and the gorilla handstand was lots of fun! Thank you!
A lot of hip and groin stretch.. I liked it very much...thanks
This was a fun hip opening class. Loved the Gorilla hops!! It was a not so serious bonus to an already dynamic, energetic class. Thanks Caley!
Nice class for hip and groin strengthening. I had never done the gorilla handstand so that was fun to try something new.
