I appreciated the balance between strength and hip/hamstring opening this class offers. Like others say, there's not much warm up so if you like easing into classes (like me!) start it off with some deep breathing and maybe some vinyasas. Could've done without the pony tail pulling commentary from Caley though 😂

Fun, creative, and challenging quick sequence. Instructor had good energy and instructions. The many squats were hard on my injured knees and short achilles, so maybe skip if those are issues for you. All of the many left/right instructions were given for the models and not the viewer, so you'll have to either work opposite the models or translate the instructions mentally. Would come back to this class when my knees are in better shape.

This was great, because even though she was targeting the legs & hips, she didn't completely forget about the shoulders and twists. Unfortunately, the fun gorilla pose seemed a little hard on my knees, so I think I'll have to skip it next time, but even without it, this class was fun and felt really good!

Definitely felt the stretches in all the right places...glutes! Different from the usual flow. Instructor is playful, but serious about form. Very important to prevent injuries!
