20 Min Advanced Pilates Core w/ Georgia
In this class you will work through an advanced classical Pilates routine focused on the deep core. We start with some spine stretches and then go onto core activation. After this we will come down to our backs a flow through the classical moves such as the Pilates Hundred, Roll Over, Single Leg Bridges and finally finished with some well deserved stretches. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced levels or anyone who would like a challenge.
