20 Min Advanced Upper Body Pilates w/ Georgia

In this class you will work through an advanced classical Pilates routine. We start by waking up the arms with a seated sequence, then go into some tricep work and introducing the classical Leg Pull, moving over to some Side Bend work and then finishing with the Pilates Press Up and the Leg Pull Front. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced levels or anyone who would like a challenge.
