Poses include: sun salutations, lunge variations, standing poses, Utthita Parsvakonasana (extended side angle pose), balance poses, Garudasana variations (eagle pose), arm balances, core work, backbends, hip openers, Janu Sirsasana (seated head to knee pose), and more. Recommended props: 1-2 yoga blocks, blanket for sitting
