This is probably my favorite video thus far. I loved the detailed instruction on how to gradually get into bow pose and clear descriptions of what each pose should feel like. After the class, I feel calm and open; breathing easy and just all-around awesome. My muscles have that nice tingle from working hard, but my head feels clear and invigorated. Great class!
