Great class! After 20+ years of practice I found the flow to be creative. I especially loved the full suvasana and Ashley's chanting was a special plus! One flag: If you need a class that is light on the wrists, this is not it.
While a smooth class, as half of the comments (9 of 20) mention, I also found it more to be somewhere between a level 1 and level 2 class.
The comments go back to 2017 and the class is still classified as a level 3. When selecting the class I chose ORDER BY NEWEST. Judging by the comments this is not a new class which made me wonder if this site is still maintained? Still a good site with great classes. Just wondering :)
I totally agree with you. It seems they are not adding new videos to this selection.
Cannot Yogaworks produce new videos for subscribers? I wrote to them complaining about that.
Lovely class, but definitely not level 3. Maybe a level 1/2. Excellent instructor!

Ashley's teaching style is holistic and balanced. Her classes are rooted in Vedic tradition and she allows space for all levels. Advanced Yogis know how to get what they need-hold the pose longer-do more reps-don't go into a resting pose if you need more of a challenge-modify the pose to your level (example: lift one leg at a time in wheel pose). That is the beauty of her pace-there is time to make it your own at whatever level you are at.
This class has a beautiful slow burn. Ashley is gentle and very helpful with alignment. It becomes tough if you hold some of the poses properly, in the way she was asking. I find that slower classes are more enduring and breathing-focused, and that's more of a struggle than a fast flow for me!

I enjoyed the class but would not consider it a level 3, good instruction but more a level 2
Lovely class. Appreciated the breathe work in the beginning. I was anticipating a more challenging class although feel very peaceful now.

This was a good class and I like Ashley. This didn't seem like it should have been a level 3. There was a lot more instruction than I would have liked and there weren't very many difficult poses. However, I did like the class.
