This class was alright, but some of the poses were hard to imagine doing at a later stage of pregnancy. It would have been helpful and inspiring, to have a pregnant person doing the poses. It also would have been nice to have more than 2 relaxing poses for more than 5 minutes. I do love the concept of having a challenging session followed by something to wind down for the evening.
