Nurture yourself, find some balance and reconnect with your inner body. Though this healing practice is just 20 minutes, it will restore you from the inside out. If you don't have blankets, use beach towels. If you don't have a strap, use a belt or bathrobe tie. Recommended props: 2 blankets, 1 strap, 1 bolster
