Our story and approach
Essential gear for your practice.
Susan G Komen Partnership
Nurture yourself, find some balance and reconnect with your inner body. Though this healing practice is just 20 minutes, it will restore you from the inside out. If you don't have blankets, use beach towels. If you don't have a strap, use a belt or bathrobe tie. Recommended props: 2 blankets, 1 strap, 1 bolster
Thanks Birgitte! That was wonderful.
I was feeling stressed in quarantine and this really helped me realign my mind and body
Hi Molly, so happy to hear. Yoga is such a great way to stay centered.....especially in these time. Namaste, Birgitte
I loved this. So glad I got a bolster from wal mart just in time.
I felt amazing after
Was bumming that I don't have a bolster when she mentioned a couch cushion would do--and it did! So this practice was helpful in multiple ways--body/mind restorative and fresh perspective!
I love Yin and restorative practices. Really enjoying this instructor too.
I have completed week one and this was a good way to regroup as I learn the basics.
Lots of props needed for this.
I have had a rough 2 days, work really changes my patterns. So, today I was out a wack. I stopped myself in my tracks and decided to take this class. Just as good as the one in studio!
Great way to unwind after a stressful day. Does require a lot of props so get those ready beforehand.
This was a very nice and relaxing class great for night time. Brigitte has a very calming voice. Thank You :)
Very calming poses, and Kristen has a very calming voice!
