Yes, it’s closer to a level 1 than a level 2 but still enjoyable. I did single pigeon at the end instead of sukhasana to get a deeper stretch in my hips, only thing I felt was lacking.

Great practice. I really appreciate David's mindful and supportive style. I also loved that he used some slightly different poses for the twists and backbends than the ones that get repeated so often. Thank you, David!

Great except for being abruptly left in chavasana

Perfect for transitioning from level 1 - 2 yoga. David is so great a quaint, keying the rhythm and flow.

Amazing. David is excellent at queuing alignment, and always points to the redistribution of tension (holding breath, scrunched shoulders, etc) with timing precision. I also loved that the holds were long enough to enable a true detox, while the class was still kept to a "flow" style. Thank you David!

This was a good well-rounded practice, but I had to intensify some of the hip openers, and kept wondering when the big twist were coming. Lots of time spent explaining how to align or modify the poses correctly, so it'd be good for a person transitioning from level 1.

This was exactly what I was looking for this morning! A good mix of twisting poses with hip openers thrown in. Great pacing and cues - thank you.
