Wow that was intense! I haven't done headstand in a long time. I felt like I couldn't do it. (I'm sure I could do it against the wall, or tripod headstand is a bit easier to come up in.)

I liked you classes. Please add more classes where we can continue the practice with instructions. I have practiced yoga for more than 2 years and I am looking for videos (4-5, 1 hour each) where all asanas are rotated in those videos. Please add more 1 hour sessions as such.
