Thank you so much for your online classes. I needed this meditation class SOOOOO much!!! I'm a teacher and doing "distance teaching" due to the pandemic is making me nuts! It is just overwhelming and more stressful than teaching in my classroom. I am so relaxed right now after finishing your meditation class. I definitely need to do this more often. It's hard not being able to go to my Yogaworks yoga classes anymore since every business that is not essential has been shut down because of the "stay at home" order. Hi, I strongly recommend your creating an app of Yoga works that can be downloaded on Amazon Firestick, Roku and the apple is a pain and actually discourages me to make full use of my subscription and to recommend your classes since you need to use the browser such as Firefox or Silk to access the yogaworks website and navigation is a nightmare....pls look into the possibility of creating a downloadable app for TV streaming devices.

I also strongly AGREE. I have been using the online subscription for years and it has always been spotty- doesn't matter the internet connection, sometimes the videos don't even load or stop half way through, so very frustrating. Considering this is a paid subscription there should be an app or at very least the option to download.

Thank you for the hip stretching exercises prior to the meditation. I have always had a problem with flexibility, so I couldn't sit cross legged on the floor. Not only was I able to cross legged, but I think my posture was ALMOST as good as everyone's in the video. I did sit on a thin blanket, and wow, I sat for the entire meditation comfortably, for the first time in my life. I'm 51, so that says alot! Thank you!
