I hope you could do a more extensive class. I think it's too short. I can do tripod and I can do Side Crow, but I cannot do the transition, and I was hoping to watch more excercises to help me with this.

My first reaction to this transition was to just sit back and watch. But with the exercise to wake and engage the transverse abdominals, and several attempts at the transition, I surprised myself! Nevertheless, I marvel at Calvins strength and control, especially with the fancy modification. Great tutorial.
