Great class for a beginner or in my case an accident victim recoveree. I really appreciated the extra instructions and the reinforcement of key principles (rotating the inward thighs back or down) which will help through so many asanas going forward. Thanks Melanie!

As I do more yoga I see my balance improving and I appreciate the videos with balance poses. Good use of warrior 3 in this while still being a good well rounded practice.

Instructions are very very important, only the voice and the way it is spoken is important, Yoga need instructions, and leading, the attention also silence to be in sthiram and sukham :)

I do not know what does it mean this title?! Thank you it was really very good and hatha yoga slower pace that I prefere always, the slower is more dificult and also I have time to breath and feel the body meditating , Namaste :)

As I age, level 2 is no longer where I am at. I would love more classes that are not focused on progressing to level 2. This one is close, but it would be great with less instruction. Melanie is one of my favorite instructors.

I'm 64, not very athletic. 6 weeks into a practice that is mostly 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. This was just enough challenge. I'm sweating and was unable to do everything, but I love Melanie's clear, consistent guidance. At my age, I am especially in need of improved balance!

I really like this for days when I am in need of something a little tamer. Maybe it's a sign of my readiness for level 2 but I find there is too much instruction in this video. Too much talking. I really enjoy the classes where I can just breathe and enjoy the pose and I feel as though the constant instruction takes away from that. I do love Melanie's other classes though!

I really appreciated the slightly faster pace but still instructional feel of this video! I feel like I am close to advancing, but feel intimidated by "level 2." This is a great bridge with nice flow.
