ELIGIBILITY: YogaWorks Spring into Strength Challenge is open to everyone, excluding international participants, who as of time of entry are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, and foregoing employees household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter the contest.
SELECTION: We will select winners at random from the list of eligible and valid entries received during the period.
PRIZE: Two winners will receive (1) YogaWorks 3-month membership (1) YogaWorks apparel set up to $136 and (1) Yoga Hustle gear set which includes one yoga mat, two yoga blocks, one yoga blanket, and one yoga strap. Each contest prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. Each winner is solely responsible for all expenses not listed herein related to acceptance and use of their awarded prize. Subject to the conditions herein, the prizes will be awarded.
The approximate retail value of the prize package is $781.
NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email on or about May 1, 2024. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within five (5) days of attempted notice the potential winner forfeits the prize. Prizes will be fulfilled within 6-8 weeks.
MISCELLANEOUS: All submissions will become the sole property of YogaWorks, which may reprint or otherwise exploit the entry in any manner, in any media. By submitting the entry, you agree that your name, voice, likeness and biographical data may be used by YogaWorks for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this contest, entrants and winner agree to abide by all contest rules and by decision of judges. Entrants and winner also agree to release YogaWorks, and affiliated companies, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees, from and against any claim, liability, loss or expense of any kind resulting from entry or participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.
