This class begins with a moment of stillness, providing an opportunity to connect with your true self and set an intention for the practice. Expect to start slowly, focusing on connecting with your breath and body, allowing yourself to fully experience the energy surrounding you. Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to explore various lunges, twists, and shoulder openers that will leave you feeling energized and with a more open body. Finally, the practice will wind down with some gentle hip-openers and backbends to prepare for a rejuvenating rest, leaving you feeling connected to your intention and in an embodied state of truth.
