Ashley Lorenzo is a devoted yoga teacher based in Georgia who expertly blends the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice in her classes. Her teachings incorporate a fusion of physical postures, meditation, and breathing techniques to guide her students toward a deeper understanding of their bodies and minds. Ashley draws inspiration from her personal practice and the guidance of her mentors to deliver an exceptional yoga experience. She believes that yoga is a journey of self-discovery. She strives to help her students connect with their inner selves, develop heightened self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of community.
Ashley Rideaux is a Los Angeles–based, 500 E-RYT teacher and teacher trainer. Ashley’s classes range from therapeutic work to advanced vinyasa flow. She teaches yoga to women and adolescents in eating disorder treatment facilities, has experience working with seniors with neurological disorders, breast cancer survivors, and weekly classes for the staff at MLK Children’s Hospital. Ashley is passionate about making the practice of yoga accessible to all, and all of her classes are a balance of the physical and the philosophical.
Becky Nickerson, a part-time yoga teacher, exudes tranquility and peace, but don’t be fooled! Once you take one of her vinyasa flow classes, you’ll witness her energetic and powerful practice firsthand. Becky’s continued study is rooted in the living tradition of yoga and current scientific research, and she has trained with some of the world’s most accomplished yoga scholars. She aims to help her students strengthen their body, mind, and spirit connection through practices combining breath awareness with movement and deep meditation. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga and meditation, you can find Becky trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and chasing her two young kids through Bend, Oregon.
Elena is a Seattle-based movement specialist, certified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, and yoga teacher whose mission is to empower individuals in their movement practice. She’s studied anatomy and the biomechanics of yoga under internationally acclaimed teachers such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Richelle Ricard, and Jules Mitchell in an endeavor to understand the intricate beauty of the human body. Her classes combine a healthy dose of intricate details, playfulness, and the balancing of effort and ease. Her aim is to create a diverse and inclusive community through authentic connection, engagement, and collaboration where yoga meets the modern, digital world. When not in the studio or doing yoga-related stuff, Elena enjoys long walks with her dogs, time with loved ones, terrible reality TV, and cooking really, really delicious tonkatsu curry.
Gustavo is a yoga and meditation teacher, a personal trainer, and an author living in Austin, Texas. While preparing for a career in the field of medicine, Gustavo suffered a hamstring injury while running. In his quest to heal his body and manage stress, he discovered yoga. Over the last ten years, Gustavo has uplifted his community through joyful movement, soothing meditations, and light-hearted classes. When not teaching or coaching others, you can find Gustavo at a coffee shop writing blogs for wellness publications or playing at the park with his sassy goldendoodle, Bayley.
Jesse Schein is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher dedicated to helping her students achieve inner peace, focus, and self-love. For 23 years she has offered her teachings rooted in the YogaWorks method coupled with the vinyasa flow style of Ashtanga. Expect precise instructions delivered with loving kindness and often a touch of humor. Jesse’s mission is to foster freedom while encouraging each student to “Do YOU be YOU.” She provides an individualized path for practitioners to develop greater body awareness, connect deeply with intuition, engage their heart space, and ultimately come away feeling more connected than ever before. When she isn’t on her mat, Jesse can be found hanging out with her 9-year-old son or playing with her dogs at the beach, soaking up the sun in San Diego.
Maya Magennis is a yoga educator and mindful movement teacher who brings clarity, attention to detail, and compassion to her teaching.
