Tracy serves up 45 minutes of full body strength and cardio targeting every single muscle group! Everything stems from the core. You will feel the heavy hitter muscle groups being pushed to the limit while the core and stabilizers kick in to help with the work load. Cardio is heavy today but optional. Recommended props: weights and a resistance band
