Any prop goes in this 45 minute classical and contemporary fusion of Pilates fun! The back of the body is our target today. Back, rear shoulder, glutes and core will feel strong and energized when you are done. Posture will be one of long, lean and statuesque when you zero in on form and function. Band, ball, yoga block or Pilates ring is optional.
