60 Min YogaWorks w/ Ashley – Active Feet & Open Hips 07/26/2023
Join Ashley for a 60-minute class that begins by awakening your feet and strengthening your hips, as well as lengthening your hamstrings. Move through sun salutation and into a demanding standing pose sequence that employs the block and challenges your balance to create a feeling of a sturdy foundation for you to build each posture. The second half of the practice includes a few relaxed hip openers and supported postures designed to ease you into a restful savasana or meditation.
