Tune in to the stability of your feet and how it supports you in your yoga practice through a mix of balancing postures and grounding Warrior poses. This class starts with myofascial release for the feet, some gentle foot/ankle stretches, and moves through various standing postures to bring awareness to how our feet can shape our practice. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 ball.
