Tap into breath and move your ribcage and thoracic spine to create ease downstream in the shoulders, low back, and hips. This therapeutic class utilizes gentle seated movement, some kneeling in tabletop, and culminates with a nice self-myofascial release for the hips. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 chair.
