60 Minute Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing w/ Cindy- Stillness in the midst of Change

Yoga Nidra for all levels, to support connection with stillness and peace during times of change. Use breath and awareness to release tension and heated emotions, allow the body to re-set and recalibrate during eclipse season and mercury retrograde. This class is a full and complete practice in itself, or can be practiced after a more physical asana class. Recommended props: 3+ blankets and 1 or more bolsters/pillows to create the most comfortable position possible for the body – lying on the back in supported savasana, or any other position that is completely supported and comfortable.
