This practice focuses on conscious breathing integrated with longer-held postures, allowing you to find expansiveness in your chest, lungs, and overall being. Through a series of carefully sequenced poses, you’ll work on opening the heart and chest area, improving lung capacity, and cultivating a sense of spaciousness within. By the end of this session, you’ll feel refreshed, with a renewed sense of openness and clarity, as if you’ve created more room to breathe in all aspects of your life.
