This chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase strength and support balance. These include hand movements, cat/cow, side bends and a standing series using the chair for support. Practice is done seated in a chair as well as standing using the chair for support. Suitable for all levels. Props include a mat, chair, block, blanket and bolster.
