This chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase strength and support balance. These include neck and shoulder movements, chair pose, warrior flow, goddess pose, forward bends, child’s pose, savasana, ujjayi, alternate nostril breathing and meditation. Practice is done seated in a chair. Suitable for all levels. The only prop is a chair.
