Really good class that got into the essentials right away - shoulders, core, upper back. Love the intelligent yet very accessible cuing, and how Patti weaves in philosophy as well. We forgot one dynamic core portion though in the other side. :D Overall, thank you.

I never write comments on these videos (although there are multiple others that deserve another review). This class is so cleansing, opening and really refreshing. It recharges the entire system. Scorpion is so so fun and there are many beautiful hip, heart and back openers. Some good hammie work as as well :) Patti rarely dissapoints.

This class has a little of everything. There's even a nice little meditation at the end to leave you feeling open and at peace. One of my favorites.

This was a nice practice! I substituted modifications for scorpion and some of the back bends, but still got a lot of great benefit out of it. My back and chest feel more open and comfortable after doing this!

I love that this class takes you through so many challenging poses that are not always touched upon as options. Definitely a challenge and you will work hard! Loved that there was time and modifications given for handstands as well as forearm balances. Will definitely be doing this one again!

Loved it....was very challenging!! Patti did forget a small sequence on the left side- plank swinging knee across from left to right....just had to add that in. Fabulous practice!!
