She’s studied anatomy and the biomechanics of yoga under internationally acclaimed teachers such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Richelle Ricard, and Jules Mitchell in an endeavor to understand the intricate beauty of the human body.

Georgia Weibel is a mat-based Pilates instructor from Sussex, UK, and has been teaching Pilates for the past four years. She offers a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates teaching methods designed to provide lasting results.

Gustavo Padron is a yoga and meditation teacher, a personal trainer, and an author living in Austin, Texas. While preparing for a career in the field of medicine, Gustavo suffered a hamstring injury while running.

Jesse Schein is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher dedicated to helping her students achieve inner peace, focus, and self-love. For 23 years she has offered her teachings rooted in the YogaWorks method coupled with the vinyasa flow style of Ashtanga.

Jivana Heyman (he/him), C-IAYT, E-RYT500, is the founder and director of Accessible Yoga, an organization dedicated to increasing access to the yoga teachings and supporting yoga teachers.

He’s the author of Accessible Yoga: Poses and Practices for Every BodyYoga Revolution: Building a Practice of Courage & Compassion; and The Teacher’s Guide to Accessible Yoga: Best Practices for Sharing Yoga with Every Body.

Maya Magennis is a yoga educator and mindful movement teacher who brings clarity, attention to detail, and compassion to her teaching. Her background in classical ballet and daily movement practice informs her teaching style, and she is passionate about anatomy and biomechanics.

Mia Togo is a senior teacher, teacher trainer, and mentor at Yoga Works, where she teaches both in-person and online. Her background in psychology and life coaching has helped her students understand their fears and follow their callings.

Tamika Caston-Miller is a sought-after yoga teacher trainer with deep interest in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Somatics, Yin YogaRestorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Her journey began with breath practices in the 90’s, and has been informed by chronic pain and injuries, social justice, ancestral healing, and compassion.

Tracy Bauer’s 30-year career is rooted in her passion for athletics and her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Performance Exercise Specialist, Pilates, Functional Movement, and Integrative Nutrition.

Vytas Baskauskas, with 25 years of experience, has established himself as a leading figure in bringing modern yoga to the mainstream. He takes a functional and technical approach to a classic methodology, which has helped numerous students around the world achieve tangible results.
