This 30-minute breath work session invites you to deepen your connection with your body and breath through the practice of mindful awareness. “Listen, Sense, Feel” encourages you to tune into the subtle sensations of your breath, developing a heightened sense of bodily awareness. Through various breathing techniques, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, sense the flow of breath, balance your energy and feel the effects of each practice.
