This fully seated chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase flexibility and cultivate a state of relaxation. These include a joint warm up series, leg strengthening, arm strengthening, sun salutation, warrior flow series, child’s pose, extended relaxation, mental alternate nostril breathing and meditation. Practice is done seated and is suitable for all levels. Props include a chair, bolster, blanket, and a block.
