30 min Chair Yoga for Flexibility & Relaxation #4 w/ Jivana
This chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase flexibility and cultivate a state of relaxation. These include hand and wrist stretches, side bending, chair pose, pelvic tilts, hip stretch, fish pose, gentle inversion, and adapted alternate nostril breathing. Practice is done seated and also includes a reclined section that can be done on a couch, bed, or yoga mat on the floor. Suitable for all levels. Props include a couch and couch cushions.
