This fully seated chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase flexibility and cultivate a state of relaxation. These include eye movements, arm and shoulder warm ups, hip opening and hip circles, tree pose, child’s pose, guided relaxation, dirga swasam pranayama and meditation. Practice is done seated and is suitable for all levels. A chair and two blocks are used.
