Join Elena in this mindful, slow-paced practice focused on building awareness in your core, hips, and legs when it comes to balancing. We’ll play with single-leg balancing and balancing on your toes, and moving thoughtfully from Crescent Lunge to Airplane. This class is all about building control and awareness in movement (instead of relying on momentum!). Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket.
